Free educational and vocational opportunities for young adults in Yamhill County. YOOP! helps youth and young adults who live in Yamhill County overcome barriers to education or employment. This can include dropout, parenting, drug use, criminal background, foster care, Alternative School, disability, homelessness, or other barriers.
