Georgia Conrad

Owner

Hello, I’m Georgia Conrad, an entrepreneur originally from Fort Collins, Colorado. I grew up in Wichita, Kansas, but have considered Oregon my home since 1999, when I completed my high school education in southern Oregon.

I value Initiative, Connectedness, and Creativity and have 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, website development, visual media, and graphic design. I am committed to delivering personal and modern solutions that simplify your life through a strategic process designed to make visions a reality. I hold a BA in Graphic Design and an MBA from George Fox University.

My technical proficiency, coupled with an imaginative approach, enables me to produce work that meets and exceeds expectations. My commitment to the community extends beyond my professional work; I volunteer in local service groups and nonprofits, reinforcing my dedication to the community I serve.

Amanda Greene

Owner

Hey there! I am Amanda Greene, a native Oregonian who calls McMinnville home. As a young woman, a mentor taught me an important lesson: surround yourself with people who inspire greatness. The lesson sank in immediately… and it hit me that it was two-sided. I didn’t just want to be surrounded by those people, I wanted to BE one of those people – the kind of person who inspires others to greatness. I aim to do that every day by bringing expertise, excitement, energy, creativity, and care to all of the people we help. I am passionate about bringing out the best in every project and helping people capture their visions online, allowing them to focus on what they do best by leaving the complicated tech stuff to us.

I hold a BA from the University of Portland, and have been creating websites since 2007. Prior to becoming a website designer and business owner, I worked for nearly a decade at a local nonprofit where I had the opportunity to work in many diverse leadership roles. My experience there has helped shape the well-rounded skills I bring to the table today. Often a “one-woman-band”, I have truly appreciated gaining a wonderful business partner, Georgia, and the amazing teammates that make up Nimbl today.

Beyond work, I enjoy slowing down for a good conversation, playing elaborate board games with my family, broadening my limits through martial arts, and hiding away with a good book.

Kinzee Duddles

Digital Project Manager + Website Developer

I’m Kinzee, Nimbl’s Digital Project Manager; I contribute to our various digital projects, primarily focused on website design and development. I hold a BS in Design and Innovation Management from Oregon State University and previously worked in software sales and government marketing as a Project Manager. I approach our work openly, hoping to create a space for honest, clear communication between team members and clients. I’m passionate about modern approaches to design and management that, combined, create unique, effective websites.

Outside work, I spend time learning Italian and the piano, reading, baking, and watching movies. I listen to music almost constantly if I’m not consuming another form of media; I love Hozier, The Smiths, and Nick Drake. More than any of my hobbies, I love spending time with my brother, mom, and friends.
