Hello, I’m Georgia Conrad, an entrepreneur originally from Fort Collins, Colorado. I grew up in Wichita, Kansas, but have considered Oregon my home since 1999, when I began my high school education in southern Oregon.
I value initiative, connectedness, and creativity and have 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, website development, visual media, and graphic design. I am committed to delivering personal and modern solutions that simplify your life through a strategic process designed to make visions a reality. I hold a BA in Graphic Design and an MBA from George Fox University.
My technical proficiency, coupled with an imaginative approach, enables me to produce work that meets and exceeds expectations. My commitment to the community extends beyond my professional work; I volunteer in local service groups and nonprofits, reinforcing my dedication to the community I serve.
Hey there! I am Amanda Greene, a native Oregonian who calls McMinnville home. As a young woman, a mentor taught me an important lesson: surround yourself with people who inspire greatness. The lesson sank in immediately… and it hit me that it was two-sided. I didn’t just want to be surrounded by those people, I wanted to BE one of those people – the kind of person who inspires others to greatness. I aim to do that every day by bringing expertise, excitement, energy, creativity, and care to all of the people we help. I am passionate about bringing out the best in every project and helping people capture their visions online, allowing them to focus on what they do best by leaving the complicated tech stuff to us.
I hold a BA from the University of Portland, and have been creating websites since 2007. Prior to becoming a website designer and business owner, I worked for nearly a decade at a local nonprofit where I had the opportunity to work in many diverse leadership roles. My experience there has helped shape the well-rounded skills I bring to the table today. Often a “one-woman-band”, I have truly appreciated gaining a wonderful business partner, Georgia, and the amazing teammates that make up Nimbl today.
Beyond work, I enjoy slowing down for a good conversation, playing elaborate board games with my family, broadening my limits through martial arts, and hiding away with a good book.
I’m Kinzee, Nimbl’s Digital Project Manager; I contribute to our various digital projects, primarily focused on website design and development. I hold a BS in Design and Innovation Management from Oregon State University and previously worked in software sales and government marketing as a Project Manager. I approach our work openly, hoping to create a space for honest, clear communication between team members and clients. I’m passionate about modern approaches to design and management that, combined, create unique, effective websites.
Outside work, I spend time with friends and family, listen to music, watch movies, and read.
Hi, I’m Leah Pons, Nimbl’s Project & Operations Coordinator! I help keep projects on track by managing deadlines, client communication, and team coordination for a wide range of projects — from events and website builds to marketing campaigns. I also support the Oregon Employment & Training Association (OETA) by planning and coordinating in-person and virtual trainings, managing memberships, and handling operational tasks.
I hold a B.A. in Sports Business and Chinese, with a Minor in Media Studies from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). My professional background is primarily in event and project management, so being able to apply my skills to support Nimbl’s clients and the OETA membership is a perfect blend of my passion for planning purposeful and meaningful experiences.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring Portland’s food scene, spending time with friends and family, and catching live or televised sporting events — whether it’s football, soccer, or basketball!
Hi! I’m Chesney Pemberton, a graphic designer and web designer here at Nimbl. I grew up in Central Washington but fell in love with Northwest Oregon after moving to Newberg to attend George Fox University. I recently graduated with a BA in Graphic Design and a minor in Communication. During my time at Fox, I discovered the power of combining creativity and strategy to connect brands with their audiences.
I’m passionate about working collaboratively to bridge that gap and help businesses thrive through thoughtful, engaging design.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me catching up with friends at a local coffee shop, exploring Oregon’s natural beauty, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
I’m Patty, Nimbl’s Content Strategist and Administrative Assistant. I support our projects by organizing, refining, and creating content that helps bring our clients’ ideas to life. With a BA from Portland State University and a brain for both strategy and storytelling, I approach each project with beginning-to-end thinking—making sure the details align with the bigger picture. I love collaborating with our talented team and finding the best way to structure information so it’s clear, thoughtful, and impactful.
Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling, visiting the farmers market, or revisiting my roots as a former pastry chef.
